Shipping Policy

Processing time

Every RetroDoodles tee is printed to order. Most orders are printed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. During busy seasons (holidays and major sales) processing can take a little longer, and we will keep you posted by email.

Where we ship from

Orders ship from our print facilities in Ontario, Canada and New York State, USA. Your order is routed to the location closest to you.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. We offer a flat rate for the United States and Canada, with an affordable international rate for everywhere else. Shipping is charged once per order, so adding a second tee for a friend (or for your doodle's other human) costs nothing extra to ship.

Delivery times

United States: typically 3 to 7 business days after shipping. Canada: typically 4 to 10 business days after shipping. International: typically 10 to 21 business days after shipping, depending on destination and customs.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us at mynewagetees@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to change it; once an order has been printed and shipped we are unable to redirect it.

Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
